Inspired by the life and memory of KeShawnDrae Carter, the Annual Together We Heal Memorial Walk brings our community together to honor lives lost to gun violence, uplift survivors and families, and stand united in hope and healing.
You do not need to be a survivor of gun violence to register and attend this event. All who are in need of connection and healing are welcome to attend.
We will be departing from United Way of Greater Lorain County at 11:45am and walking to Veterans Park (approximately 0.4 miles; 7 minutes) where we'll have a moment of silence, testimonies, and words of encouragement and hope from friends, families, and community leaders. At 12:50pm we will depart from Veterans Park and return to United Way of Greater Lorain County where refreshments will be available.
