We advocate for policies and systems that strengthen stability for families.

.
Through 211 First Call for Help, we answer thousands of calls each year from residents seeking support with housing, utilities, food access, transportation, and more. That data is public, local, in real-time, and offers us a clearer picture of where systems are falling short and where help is needed most. Using that insight, we engage with local, state, and federal policymakers to elevate community voice, share data, and advance practical solutions that reduce barriers and improve outcomes.

Advocacy is how we amplify what families, service providers, and partners are already telling us and ensure that short-term help leads to long-term change.
