WE3 participants spent an evening practicing healthy living at a recent event called An Evening at the Lake.
Twenty-three single, women who are raising young children, were in attendance. They were provided with the opportunity to learn the holistic nature and art of stress management through experiencing nature, exercise, art, and improved nutrition. Several guest speakers guided participants through action oriented workshops that took place in a beautiful setting on the shores of Lake Erie.
