Volunteers Needed for the 2019 Tax Filing Season!

The Lorain County Free Tax Prep Coalition is looking for volunteers to prepare returns this 2019 Tax Filing Season! You can choose between basic and advanced trainings, which will be offered each Saturday in January. Trainings will also include timie for software practice. Volunteers can also self-train by using Link and Learn, and group training cab be provided right at your office if you have a group of colleagues interested in helping hardworking families file their taxes for free.

The Volunteer Income Tax Assitance program will provide full service at the Elyria Public Library, the Lorain Public Library, Ohio Means Jobs, and United Way of Greater Lorain County office. More tax sites will be added as the season gets closer.
