2-1-1 First Call for Help Links Callers with Resources

United Way of Greater Lorain County's 2-1-1 First Call for Help initiative keeps up with your questions and varying needs as the seasons change.

Whether it's help with locating fall school supplies, paying unexpectedly high winter heating bills, or identifying summer camp options for the kids, our 2-1-1 service is always available. The service offers a database full of resources throughout our county for various types of needs. 

2-1-1 can be accessed 24 hours per day/365 days a year online at: 211lorain.org, downloading the app by searching "211 Lorain" in your device's app store, or by dialing 2-1-1 or 800-275-6106.
